Block users without deleting users accounts
You must first install and activate the User Blocker plugin.
After activation, the plugin will add a new menu item labeled 'User Blocker' in your WordPress admin menu. Clicking on it will take you to the Plugin Settings page, which is divided into three tabs.

Block user by time
Under the Time tab by Block User, you will see all the registered user lists. You can add the time limit to select the user and block this user.

You can block all users simultaneously for a time range. Scroll down to block time options, add time to each day separately, and click Apply to all buttons.

Once added, you will need to click on the block button below to save your changes.
Block user by date

You can select all users at once and block them for the same date.
Block user permanently
To block a user permanently, you have to visit the block user permanent tab. From here you select the user and click the block user button below.

Block user by role
If you have a lot of user accounts on your website, and you want to block users with a specific user role, select Users / Categories drop down and then select Role. Now a list of WordPress User Role will be displayed. To block users, you have to select a role and click the Block User button below.

Note: You can not block Administrator by using this setting.
